Day 01: Thrissur Temples and Guruvayur
Morning: Arrive at Thrissur Railway Station. You will be picked up and transferred to your
hotel in Thrissur.
Visit Vadakkunnathan Temple:
Deity: Lord Shiva
Significance: A major historical and cultural temple in Thrissur.
Visit Paramekkavu Bhagavathy Temple:
Deity: Goddess Bhagavathy (Durga)
Significance: Known for its connection with the Thrissur Pooram
festival.
Later, drive to Guruvayur Temple (approx. 30 km, 1-hour drive):
Deity: Lord Krishna
Significance: One of the most significant Krishna temples in India.
Evening: Explore the local market or relax at your hotel.
Overnight: Stay at a hotel in Guruvayur.
Day 02: Kodungallur and Koodalmanikyam Temples
Early morning drive to Kodungallur Bhagavathy Temple (approx. 45 km, 1-hour drive):
Deity: Goddess Bhadrakali
Significance: Renowned for its Bharani festival and ancient traditions.
Late Morning:
o Visit Koodalmanikyam Temple (approx. 30 km, 1-hour drive):
